ABOUT THE CHAMBER

Practising RERA law where the authority sits

Chamber No. 102, seated inside the District Court complex, a short walk from the Mini Secretariat.

The chamber was set up to do one thing well: represent people in front of Haryana RERA and see their matter through, whether that means a Section 4 registration, an agent's renewal, or a contested claim before the Appellate Tribunal.

Being seated inside the District Court complex means filings get tracked in person and hearing dates don't get missed.

WHY THIS CHAMBER

Local to the authority, not just the law

At the District Court

Chamber No. 102 sits inside the same complex where HRERA-linked matters and the Mini Secretariat are heard — no running between offices for a signature.

RERA only, not a side practice

Every filing we take on falls under the RERA Act — registration, renewal or a contested case — so procedure and precedent stay current.

Status you can actually track

You get the application or complaint number, the hearing date, and a call before each date — not a file that goes quiet.

QUESTIONS

Common questions before you file

Still unsure which service applies to you? Call the chamber directly and we'll point you the right way, no charge for the first call.

Yes. Under Section 3 of the RERA Act, a project above the notified size threshold must be registered with HRERA before any unit is booked, sold or advertised.

Once the documents are in order, renewal applications are typically processed within a few weeks. Most delays come from incomplete paperwork, which we check before filing.

If a promoter misses the agreed possession date, an allottee can seek interest for the delay, a refund with interest, or compensation by filing a complaint before HRERA.

We check the RERA registration number and validity, sanctioned plan and land title, and the promoter's litigation history, then send a short plain-language summary before you commit funds.
